Do I need approval before making exterior changes to my home?

Most exterior changes (fences, additions, paint color changes, etc.) require an Architectural Review Committee (ARC) request before you start. See the covenants for the exact requirements, then email your request to arc@sunset-forest.com.

Can I rent out my house?

Check the covenants under Documents for any rental restrictions that apply to Sunset Forest.

Who do I contact with a question?
